This work & page is still under construction... so I hope you will come back even after reading it
After long searches in my old-school-laptop quest, I found a Graal ;) a PowerBook 165c which has the required dimensions for my project of doing a laptop case for the PCDuino & a 7inch TFT screen....
If you don't know whats a PCDuino, nor don't understand why this page is titled "Another Laptop..." see my previous work.
.
As in my previous post : I started to empty it (& saving it's original parts aside).
I was looking for an old laptop because it generally has a small screen size and bigger base board than slim netbooks of todays.
I started to modify the case in order to adapt an USB keyboard originally designed for a tablet.
As it is already USB wired, it simplified me the task about constant pairing as with my previous BT keyboard
Now, it is not yet finished, but it looks more as a laptop than my previous project, (even it's no more a funny easter egg),
I'm more satistified of this new design.
Nov. 11 2015 :
Today, I finished to shape the upper part of the case,
with its screen mask and keyboard panel
On the that side, U can see what the bottom part wil contain :
- the PCDuino mainboard,
- the USB powerbank (of 10000mAh),
- an USB hub
- & some switches...
